It all started...
In 2008, while attending college and studying marketing and design, I began my entrepreneurial career by offering graphic and web design services. By working with different service based businesses I was able to develop an understanding of effective project management and operations. Considering business operations first has always been my approach because they form the cornerstone for branding, sales, marketing, and growth.
Starting as a designer has helped me develop into a skilled project manager and operations consultant because it has given me the ability to design and implement methods that have an impact, strengthen services, enhance client satisfaction, and boost business effectiveness. Design hasn't entirely faded away since restructuring my business because I offer document design for standard operating procedures, but my company now specializes in project management and operations consulting.
